For this breakfast you will need to make it the night before.
To make this overnight porridge you will need.
3 dessert spoons of porridge oats.
Milk, (enough to cover the oats).
2 dessert spoons of Yoghurt (I use Greek yoghurt as it is fabulously thick and high in protein).
1 teaspoon of jam. Raspberry for me, you could any flavour of jam, honey or liquid sweetener.
Put the oats in a mug or bowl and cover them with milk.
Then add the yoghurt and mix it all together.
Once this is mixed add in the jam and mix again.
You could also top this with seeds or nuts to add another texture.
