Simple Prawns.

This was dinner, I had a big lunch and wasn't really hungry so opted for prawns and a dipping sauce.

For one serving you will need:
100g Prawns.
2 Tablespoons of mayo.
2 Dessertspoon of ketchup.
1 Teaspoon of soy sauce.
1 Teaspoon of paprika.
Few drops of Tabasco.

Put all the sauce ingredients in a bowl and mix.

Put some oil in a pan, wipe round with some kitchen roll so there is no excess.

Add the prawns.

Cook for a minute and a half on each side or until pink.

My presentation of this was really weak, but it's the taste that counts for this meal for one.

I also tried cooking the pawns with the sauce on. Pretty good think I will try this on the BBQ when summer shows up.

These would be great over salad.
