Pizza Pull Apart Bread

I made this using left over dough so don't have photos of the making the dough. But just use your favorite bread dough. I used:
500g strong white flour,
3 dessertspoons of olive oil,
1 sachet of dried yeast,
1 teaspoon salt,
330ml warm water. 

Mix and knead for 5-10 minutes put in a bowl and cover with cling film until doubled in size.

Once risen. Grease a loaf tin. 

Knead the dough until smooth. 

Cut up some mozzarella about a ball and a half.  

Use Parma ham slices, cut the slices in half and use half a slice per ball. Wrap a piece of mozzarella in ham. Pull off some dough and flatten using your hands. 

Then wrap the cheese and ham and cheese in dough. 

Place the dough ball into the loaf tin, continue doing this until the tin is full. 

Cover with cling film (or shower cap) and leave to rise again for half a hour. 

Place in the oven at 180 for 50-60 minutes. 

Take out and leave to cool. 

Serve with herb and garlic passata sauce. A perfect alternative to crisps and dip before a BBQ or instead of pizza for a movie night.
